Return, Exchange & Repair Policies
Please follow these directions for all returns, repairs, and exchanges. Please email us using this form, stating the reason why you are making a return. Include your order #, date of purchase, name address and a daytime phone number. We will email you with the shipping address. Once the item is received, and the watch has not been worn or tampered with; a full refund will be made to your credit card.
We offer a 10 day return policy (upon receiving your order) if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please email and we will send you our return mailing data. Once returned (at your cost) you will be refunded the amount of your original purchase.
A 90-day warranty against mechanical failure (movement) with the exception of water damage. Please note the customer is responsible for postage on returned items.
All watches are sold at its maximized size and must be fitted (removal of links) at your convenience. (If a stainless steel band). Leather bands can be easily adjusted based on the size of the owner's wrist.
Return Process
All returns must be post dated no later than 10 days after receiving your watch. Returns made after the 10 day guarantee may be charged a 15% restocking fee. We will gladly accept all returns proving the watch has not been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged or tampered with. Please print and include the following form when returning your watch.
Once we have received the watch we will credit your credit card for the purchase amount. Please note that the $5.00 handling fee is not refunded. Credits can take up to 10 business days to post to your card. Thank you very much for shopping at Time Traditions.

Exchange Process
If you are not satisfied with your watch and are still within the 10 day guarantee, you have the option to exchange the watch for a different watch. If the price of the watch you would like to exchange for is a different price please make all necessary adjustments. Please note that you are responsible for the $10.00 USD shipping charges back to you. ( International orders $35.00 ) EXAMPLE. If your original purchase was $159.00 and you would like to exchange for a watch that is $169.00 Then you would send a BLANK POSTAL MONEY ORDER for $20.00 ( $10.00 watch price difference plus $10.00 shipping charge back to you. ) If you are making an even exchange then you would send a BLANK POSTAL MONEY ORDER for $10.00 USD to cover the shipping back to you. In the return please provide the following information. Please print and include the following form when exchanging your watch.

Repair Process
In the unlikely event that you watch was defective from stock, we will gladly repair the watch for you. First email us your problem as many issues can be fixed or adjusted by yourself. If the watch needs to be mailed back to us we will email you the mailing instructions. Please print and include the following form when returning your watch for repairs.
